Jon Kolb, MS


​Jon is an exercise physiologist, university educator and national speaker with extensive experience and remarkable success in working with children and adults; with disability, and athletes and non-athletes in innovative in programs in which health and physical performance are the focus. He is ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified; an all-pro player who earned 4 Super Bowl rings with the Pittsburgh Steelers, starting at offensive tackle for 177 games.  Jon’s coaching career has included a role as the Steeler Strength and Conditioning Coach.  Known for his strength, Jon won the NFL Strongest Man contest, and for 2 years, finished fourth in the world competition. Matthew White, BA


​Matt is with AspireFit in Harrisburg, PA, and has more than 25 years of experience in personal training and in developing and implementing comprehensive fitness and performance programs - youth through the 10th decade of life. He has several years of experience in a health coaching role, providing guidance for health-risk reduction and disease reversal. He hosted a family-oriented, faith-based fitness radio program entitled “Mighty Minutes.” A world-class athlete  in wrestling, he was a Pan Am gold and silver medalist, and finished 10th in the 2005 World Championships.  At Penn State University he was a 2-time All-American and Academic All-American. Stephanie Haff


​Stephanie has worked for more than 18 years as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  She has had many years of training in gymnastics, dance and the martial arts (3rd degree black belt, Tae Kwon-Do).   Her background also includes professional modeling and acting, plus teaching drama.  She is featured in two instructional exercise videos entitled, Core Strength, and Flexibility, Strength and Balance.

Amy White, MA, LMHC


Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology, Skidmore College, and M.A. in Professional Psychology, Geneva College. She has served in executive roles for three non-profit agencies, where she has been strategically involved in human resource/people management; facilities, and operational roles; staff and leadership development; conflict management and resolution; community/partner building; and strategic planning.  Amy is licensed as a mental health counselor in the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Florida.. Amy has extensive experience as a speaker, educator, coach, counselor, co-strategist, and as a therapist in private practice, and in the inpatient and outpatient clinical setting. William White, Ph.D.


Ageless IDEAS Founder and President. Educator, personal trainer, life coach, and program design specialist with extensive experience in developing health-related educational initiatives, including programs for corporations, churches, and retirement communities.  Bill is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist; ACE Medical Exercise Specialist; ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist; NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist; NASM Certified Personal Trainer; and earned a Master Fitness Specialist Certificate with The Cooper Institute in Dallas. He is active in the martial arts - 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do with Young Brothers Tae Kwon-Do Associates in Pittsburgh.
