I. Consulting and coaching for pastors - We serve as consultants/coaches/co­strategists serving pastors in their very challenging, multi-faceted roles. Years of seminary training alone do not fully equip a person for pastoral ministry. And the church-member expectations for a pastor can be overwhelming. A paraphrasing of a familiar quote from pastors is not far from the mark: "Count the number of the people in your church, and that is the number of expectations you face."
     Our meetings with pastors are conducted face-to-face, via live video, or by phone. As consultants/coaches/co-strategists, we address the challenges of member and staff expectations; resolving conflicts; recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and lay leaders; creating and sustaining lines of effective communication; defining and keeping professional and personal boundaries; and developing a personal plan for personal health and fitness amid an already very demanding schedule.

II. Seminars and workshops for churches - Interactive, inspirational, evidence-based sessions drawing from Scripture and credible scientific research. Added to the two themes listed on the website home page is a series on Christian apologetics.
