Typically, our work includes three stages of development: Stage 1 Meet with representatives of the organization, corporation or community to discuss the populations to be served vision, goals and objectives available resources and the setting in which the services are to be offered
Stage 2Present plans for fulfilling the community vision and achieving goals and objectives.
Stage 3Blend services with the talents of the onsite team for implementation. Ageless IDEAS services may include any or all of the following: Pre-design consultation Site design (during the architectural design/pre-building phase or for an existing site) Program design Recruitment and screening of candidates for staffing Short-term or ongoing program guidance Staff training Ongoing program management Inspirational/educational seminars and presentations for community members
